Kickoff Dinner a Huge Success

Our Kickoff Dinner last night was a huge success, and extremely well attended! Thanks to all who came early, worked tables, and helped to clean up. We have filled the vast majority of volunteer positions for the season and are READY TO GO!!!!

All players who attended the Kickoff Dinner, were registered and whose parents fulfilled the volunteer requirement received their 7v7 uniforms last night.

If yours didn't get his stuff:

Did you register him? Register him online on this website. You'll need to pay in full ($500) or make the first payment of $175. I'll get an email when you do.

Did you sign up for volunteer shifts? Three shifts for freshman parents, two of those should be parking on Friday nights. 10th, 11th, and 12th grade parents should do two shifts each. You can sign up online by clicking the Volunteer Spot button on the right side of our home page.

Once both actions have been completed, I'll send your player's 7v7 uniform to school and he will be able to pick it up from Coach Davenport.

Here's what else you missed if you didn't attend:

1. 8th graders will be picked up after school by bus. They need to get to the bus quickly after dismissal.

2. Physicals will be provided by Emory for FREE after school on May 17th. All players will need to attend. They will need paperwork signed by parents for that day. The required forms are on our FORMS page. There are currently four, we will be adding a fifth form, so don't download them yet.3. We are looking for some parents who are willing to take on a slightly larger role as a volunteer this season.

3. Can you take on a little extra this season?
Varsity Stats
Who wants to be in the booth and out of the weather? This is a job the coaches need covered, and we just don't have ample staff  to handle it. Looking for a parent volunteer to handle at both home and away games.
Titan Card Fundraiser
Need a parent who is available June 11 and the week or two afterwards to keep track of this fundraiser. The card will already by ready and made, we just need someone to keep track of players cards and the money as they receive cards and turn in money. Organization skills a must!
Who wants to take point on this new fundraiser? We need a parent to work with coaches to determine who has won the LIFT, and to work with players to determine which players have won the fundraising portion as well. The date is July 20.

4. Do you want to earn your dues back? If you sell $1000 in ads, you will receive a FULL refund of your dues paid. There are order forms for ads on our FORMS page. You can sell to local businesses and purchase personal ads as well. All ad order forms are due with payment no later than August 1. All refund checks will be cut in the middle of August.

2016 Brings New Team, New Region, New Energy

Welcome to the home of the Titans! The calendar has turned to a new year and we look forward with enthusiasm to spring practice in preparation for an exciting 2016 season. Our website will serve as your one-stop-shop for all things Northview Titans Football. Bookmark this page now so you can check back regularly to get the latest information about team news, registration, volunteer signup, schedules, sponsors, fund raising, and much more.

On the field, 2016 will have a new look too. Northview is part of the 6A classification which will look very different this year with the creation of the new 7A Classification. Unlike in previous years, when the classifications have been shaken up every other year, this is where we will remain for the next FOUR years. The Titans will compete in Region 7 along with Centennial, Cambridge, Johns Creek, Chattahoochee and Alpharetta. With a varsity non-region schedule that includes Lanier and Winder, and a lineup of traditional nearby rivals, this season is shaping up to be one of the most memorable in Northview's history.
